Andre Byrd is a singer-songwriter from Stamford, Connecticut who has quickly gained success for his unique sound and dynamic and engaging performance style. Growing up with two Jamaican parents, he built an early relationship with beautiful music ranging from Roots Reggae to Traditional Gospel. Through his parents he was also introduced to God, the combination of his love for Him and music is undeniable in his music. Andre is currently featured on A & P Records Gospel of the South compilation CD and has also been featured on Dreambridge Recordings. Getting ready for his third studio release, summer 2017 “Song of the Phoenix” which is focused on enriching and uplifting all people. It will include his hit March 2016 Pop/Rock Release entitled “Light Up the Darkness” and “Ugly Beautiful”.
